Cancellations / Changing of Orders

If you have placed an order & would like to cancel or change it, please Whatsapp us at 8875-0668 or email us at hello@greenday.sg as soon as possible.

Please include your Name, Contact Number & Order Number in your email. We will endeavour to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.



Damaged/Wrong/Missing Item

Unfortunately, Greenday Singapore is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. However, we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue with our shipping company.

If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a photo of your package before opening it & Whatsapp us at 8875-0668 or email us at hello@greenday.sg with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number. Don't forget to attach your photo to the message.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number (please be prepared to provide an alternative & secure address if a second delivery attempt is necessary).

If you notice an item is missing or a wrong item has been delivered, please also take a picture of the package contents & Whatsapp us at 8875-0668 or email us at hello@greenday.sg with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number.

Greenday Singapore reserves the right to limit or deny refunds & replacements.



Order Exchange / Returns / Refunds

We do not accept any returns or exchange if the products delivered are not defective & correctly match the order that you had placed (product variant & quantity).

For products that have been damaged, or a wrong item has been delivered, or an item is missing from your package, we will refund you in store credits equivalent to the value of the damaged / missing items once verified.
