What is Greenday?
Greenday is a brand that produces plant-based snacks with healthy-eating as top priority; founded in Thailand more than 10 years ago.

Where are the fruits from?
All the fruits & vegetables in Greenday snacks are sourced from various local farms in Northern & Central Thailand. All of these are signature fruits & vegetables from each of the provinces, so they represent the best produce in the region. All our products are processed & packaged in our modern factory at Samut Prakan, then shipped to more than 20 countries in 5 continents.
What's your product range?
Greenday Classic range comprises the mainstream fruits & vegetables that everyone is familiar with & eats on a regular basis. Some examples include Strawberry, Peach, Apple, Banana, Broccoli and so on.
Greenday Premium Fruits & Veggies are Limited Editions, Exotic fruits or Gourmet-Quality produce. These are usually seasonal, available at their best only at certain times of the year. Or, they could be delicate ingredients that require extra attention & care when we prepare/package them for your consumption. Currently, our premium range includes Thai Durian, Jackfruit, Thai Honey Mango & Fig.
Greenday Kids range includes mini-packs with fruits/veggies that are presented in smaller pieces, so that it's easier for the kids (aged 12 months & up) to eat without risk of choking. These mini-packs are suitable for their school lunch-box or snack-time. Available in Multi-Packs of 4-5 mini-packs each: 5 Colors, Strawberry, Apple & Broccoli.
Greenday Fusion is our fun range! It's for those of you who want more robust, interesting or zesty flavours added to our fruit & veggie snacks. Of course, they aren't as healthy as the Classic or Premium range, but they are certainly much healthier than most of the snacks in your supermarket aisle (fatty things like potato/tortilla chips). Some of the exciting flavours include Okra with Wasabi, Okra with Japanese Sesame Soy Sauce, Sweet & Spicy Veggie Crisps, Soy Garlic Veggie Crisps & many more.
Glendee Coconut showcases our delicious assortment of coconut flakes & snack bites. They're small parcels of sweet & crispy treats that are perfect complements to your yoghurt, cereal, granola, ice-cream, desserts, cakes or simply eaten by the handful on their own. How do I eat Greenday Snacks?
Easy: Open the bag. Grab a piece. Put it into your mouth. Chew or suck on the piece. Smile.
Well, that's the most basic & purest way to enjoy Greenday Snacks. You get the cleanest taste, which is the way we want you to experience.
Nothing's stopping you from being creative! We have many customers who add the fruits/coconut flakes to yoghurts, cereals, granola, ice-cream, desserts or blend them into smoothies! If you bake at home, they're perfect ingredients because they are dry & easy to manage. We've had customers successfully baking delicious Banana & Strawberry chocolate cookies using our products.
The Veggies make a delicious combination with salad, rice, noodles, porridge, or anything starchy. They add a nice crunchy texture to every mouthful, and it's always good to add some greens to our meals (especially Asian Food, that's always brown with no greens, right?). You can even crush the crispy veggies and sprinkle them over creamy soups to lift the flavour to the next level!

Are the snacks Halal Certified?
Yes, all our snacks are Halal Certified by The Central Islamic Council of Thailand. Additionally, all our snacks are plant-based. There's no animal product involved at all in the production of Greenday products.
Suitable for Vegans?
Definitely.
We do not use any animal products at all. Even the medium we use for vacuum cooking some of the vegetables is the very healthy rice bran oil.
Rice bran oil is the oil extracted from the hard outer brown layer of rice called chaff. It is often called the "Heart Healthy Oil" because it has a balanced amount of monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fats. It can help improve your cholesterol too. Rice bran might help lower cholesterol because it contains the right amount of oryzanol which is an antioxidant.
Are the ingredients organic?
Greenday products are not organic certified but they are 100% Natural. Most of our products do not contain the skin of the fruit, which is the major carrier of chemical & environmental contaminants.
Another reason for not getting organic certification is that we would like to make our products more affordable for everyone. Most of the organic products in the market will cost 2-3 times higher than our products, because you are paying for the organic certification & processes.
Having said that, we understand that some consumers prefer to have peace of mind & are willing to pay more for organic certification. We do have plans for an organic range of products in the future, so watch this space!
What's the difference between Single Serve & Sharing Pack?
Single Serve Packs contain the recommended serving size for 1 person, to be eaten in 1 session. These are convenient packs for lunchboxes, on-the-go snacking or a quick relief for your hunger pangs.
Sharing Packs are bigger packs that can be shared with another friend or family member. Truth is, most people enjoy the snack so much they end up eating the whole pack alone. It's still much healthier than eating a whole bag of potato crisps, for sure!
Why are the packs so light?
Don't be fooled by the light-weight nature of our products. The packs are light because 100% of the water content has been removed from the fruit/vegetable.
Water typically makes up about 80-90% of the total weight of the fruit/vegetable. So when you see a 25g Sharing Pack of Okra, what's inside is actually 250g worth of raw Okra that's been vacuum cooked. A single serve pack of Apple is equivalent to one & a half apples.
That's the beauty of freeze drying or vacuum cooking processes.
What is the product shelf-life/expiry?
Our products can last a long time in your cupboards, because the fruits & veggies are packed in a triple-layer packet that blocks out all light, water & oxygen. Of course, we still recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place.
Freeze Dried products typically last 18 months (from date of manufacture) without being opened & will still taste good. For Vacuum Cooked / Air Dried products, 12 months.
Once you have opened the pack, we recommend finishing it within 3 hours for maximum crispiness. Otherwise, please store them in an air-tight container & consume within 3 days.
Do you use preservatives?
No, we don't use any preservatives at all.
Moisture is usually one of the biggest culprits for your food turning bad. Since we have removed 100% of the water from our fruits & veggies, there is no chance for any mold or fungus to grow.
We also vacuum pack them in triple-layer packets that block out all light, water & oxygen. So it's a perfect environment to naturally preserve the longevity of our products without needing to add any preservatives.
Why aren't the packs resealable?
Freeze-dried products absorb moisture very quickly once the airtight packs are opened. Singapore is really humid, so they absorb moisture much quicker. The result is they may lose crispiness & become soft/soggy (but still edible!) within 3 hours.
We don't have resealable tabs because the packs are designed to be consumed in one session, so there's low risk of the snacks becoming soft/soggy if not resealed properly.
You can store the snacks in your own airtight container if you want. If the snacks become soft, just refrigerate them, and they'll regain their crispiness!
Can the snacks turn soft/soggy?
Unfortunately, we live in a tropical country (not complaining!) so the humidity level is very high. Once you open a pack, the dried fruits & veggies will start to absorb moisture quickly from the environment, like a sponge! So within a couple of hours, they will turn soft or soggy. They can also turn soggy in high temperature (e.g. inside a trunk of a car in a hot day) even when left unopened.
However, this issue can be easily corrected by putting the unopened pack in a cool place (such as inside a fridge or next to an AC vent). It's important to note that if any of our products turns soggy, refrigerating the product will make them crispy once again.
Snacks aren't crispy. HELP!
Generally, we recommend that you store unopened packs in a cool, dry place. For opened packs, to maintain the crispiness of Greenday fruits/veggies, keep them in an air-tight container or refrigerate unfinished packs. Refrigeration can rejuvenate the crispiness to a certain degree.
As long as it's still within 3 days after you have opened the pack, it's still edible even though it may not be crispy. Always look & smell it before you try eating. If in doubt, throw it away & buy a new pack!
Can babies / pregnant women / pets eat the snacks?
Yes, all our products are suitable for pregnant women. They are also suitable for babies aged 12 months & above - we recommend the Greenday Kids range for them, as the pieces inside the packs are smaller to prevent choking. If the kid is already comfortable consuming bigger pieces of solid food, the mother can share an adult-sized pack.
Of course, please take note of whatever allergies you may have & always read the ingredients list before consuming any product.
Many of our products, like Apple & Thai Honey Mango are perfect for pets, because they are 100% real fruit with nothing added at all. Many of our customers buy them to treat their pets!
Again, please be aware of any allergies your pets may have, and always test by offering a small piece first.
Production Methods
What are Freeze Dried Fruits?
Freeze Drying is a water removal process that involves flash-freezing real fruits in a vacuum, lowering the pressure, then adding heat to remove the ice in the fruits by sublimation. This leaves behind an incredibly crunchy piece of fruit that tastes as intense (sometimes more!) as the fresh fruit.
Greenday Snacks are made from 100% real fruits & nothing else. The taste in our crispy snacks comes from the fresh fruit, with no added oil, preservatives & MSG. Sometimes we add a little bit of sugar (2%) for naturally sour fruits like Strawberry or Peach, to balance things out.

After preparing the raw fruits, there are 3 main processes as follows:
- First, flash-freezing the fruits to their freezing point.
- Then comes primary drying. This is a process where most of the moisture is drawn off by evaporating the water particles at an extremely low temperature.
- Lastly, the fruits go through secondary drying. When the primary drying is complete, the ice will melt. There will be residual moisture, so increasing the temperature will pull out the remaining moisture that is left to the level that is appropriate.

What are the benefits?
Freeze-dried fruits provide a ton of benefits. Here's just a handful of them:

What is Vacuum Cooking?
Vacuum Cooking is a method of processing vegetables by using oil to exchange with heat & frying the plants without letting oxygen into the machine. Reducing pressure makes the boiling point lower than using deep frying method.
During the cooking process, the vegetables are heated by the oil. The heat causes water within the food to reach the boiling point & then quickly evaporate from the inside which makes it shrink, becoming dry & crispy.
With vacuum cooking process, there will be much less oil content. More of the shape, colour, nutrients & vitamin remain than using deep frying method. You'll be happy to know that we use very healthy rice bran oil.
That is why Greenday veggie snacks like Okra, Broccoli & the Fusion Range all taste so crispy & not oily at all!
What is Air Drying?
Air Drying is applied to get the crispy texture of our coconut flakes & snack bites, extending their shelf-life without sacrificing the taste & nutritional value.
The coconut flesh is placed in an industrial drying machine to reduce the water content using hot air. They're then cooled down & sieved multiple times to get nice bite-sized pieces. Finally, they're quickly vacuum packed into our triple-layer packets to seal out oxygen, water & light.
Orders & Shipping
Minimum order & Shipping Fee.
There is no minimum order for delivery island-wide in Singapore. We only charge a flat shipping fee of S$3.50 for any order amount.
We provide FREE DELIVERY for orders of S$50 & above.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Please make sure that your name, shipping address & phone number are full/complete. We will not be liable for delivery to the wrong address. In the case that the shipment is returned to us due to incomplete/wrong address or refusual of package by recepient, the shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
NOTE: No deliveries will be made to Sentosa, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport Transit Lounges, PSA Terminals, Military Camps/ Defence Complexes, Police/Special Ops/SCDF stations, Marina Bay Sands, prisons, restricted areas & other off-shore islands.

Order Confirmation.
When an order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that this only indicates that your order has been placed & pending to be processed.
If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please Whatsapp us at 8875-0668 or email us at hello@greenday.sg as soon as possible to modify or cancel your order. We will endeavour to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.
Order Processing & Shipping.
All orders are processed & shipped out within 1–3 working days upon payment confirmation. Order processing is carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), excluding weekends & public holidays. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed on the next working day.
We ship out all orders using standard courier services. Shipping transit usually takes 1-2 business days to reach your door.
Tracking Your Order.
As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information & a link to track your order online.

The courier service will attempt to deliver up to 3 times at the address you have provided. Please ensure there's someone at home to receive the package.
If delivery attempts have failed, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund you what you paid for the products but not the shipping fee paid. If you had qualified for FREE DELIVERY, we will deduct S$3.50 from the amount refunded to you.
Changing / Cancelling Order.
If you have placed an order & would like to cancel or change it, please Whatsapp us at 8875-0668 or email us at hello@greenday.sg as soon as possible.
Please include your Name, Contact Number & Order Number in your email. We will endeavour to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.
Damaged/Wrong/Missing Item.
Unfortunately, Greenday Singapore is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. However, we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue with our shipping company.
If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a photo of your package before opening it & Whatsapp us at 8875-0668 or email us at hello@greenday.sg with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number. Don't forget to attach your photo to the message.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number (please be prepared to provide an alternative & secure address if a second delivery attempt is necessary).

Greenday Singapore reserves the right to limit or deny refunds & replacements.
Order Exchange/Returns/Refunds.
We do not accept any returns or exchange if the products delivered are not defective & correctly match the order that you had placed (product variant & quantity).
For products that have been damaged, or a wrong item has been delivered, or an item is missing from your package, we will refund you in store credits equivalent to the value of the damaged / missing items once verified.

Gift Cards
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
Your Gift Card works exactly like cash. You can use it to pay for your final order total (order & shipping).
To redeem it, simply key in the unique code that comes with your Gift Card & click APPLY at the Checkout screen.

Can it be used more than once?
Yes, you can, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. Once the whole Gift Card value has been used up, the Gift Card code cannot be applied anymore.

Can I send the Gift Card to someone else?
Yes. You will receive your Gift Card via email once you have paid for it. If you intend to give the Gift Card to someone else, just forward the same email to your intended recipient.

We currently do not issue physical Gift Cards. They are all virtual Gift Cards, with unique code sent via email.
